Our kitchen is a Resene colour called Double Tea in a polyurethane gloss.

Hey All, Does anyone know the difference between the Trend Sliding Door quantum vs synergy??

I believe Wisdom include the synergy but trying to work out the upgrade options and if anyone has had them installed. I think the quantum is much more flush with the floor (no edge sticking up)

Submission plans received and noticed 3 doors upstairs have not been increased in height along with the others. Is this going to incur another admin fee to fix? I've emailed my CSR along with the colours consultant but she is out of the office until the end of the month. Who do I need to ask to have this rectified?

Not sure I could have caught this at any other time, as I don't think I've seen the door schedule until now.

If this is WH error from drafting team, you should not incur ad admin fee. Your CSR would be your first point of contact and hopefully she can get it rectified asap.

I don’t think door schedule needs to be correct for submission plans. The theatre room door should be same height regardless how it’s hung.

You need to have specified all the door heights if you don’t want them as standard. Even if your package includes raised door heights it wouldn’t include the home theatre as you added that door on.
Our downstairs robe doors actually got increased height without us specifying, so I guess we got lucky there but we certainly paid extra to have 2340 entry, CsDs, all hinged doors, the stacker doors...
You won’t have to pay for another variation (we had a couple after our final set of construction plans) but they may charge you a redraw fee. W didn’t charge us for simple changes at that stage though (like changing the windows and water tank size for CDC as an example).

Probably bricks for me. Spent an extra $18k. I actually thought my hydraulics would be a lot more than they were for what we were doing

We are worried about Hydraulics. We have a 25k provision.

Our electrical came to 14k today. Sentinel about 4k. Aircon 10k.

Bricks we are going with PGH Pewter so i expect that to be a bit as well. I hope not 18k tho!!

Yep ours is worse more like 20k due to us changing the cladding to bricks. Blue Steel is about 5k cheaper. :-(

Yes I would. The CSD was expensive as it’s 1040 wide and we upgraded the profile at colours also but they’re worth it.
Also love the raised height stacker doors

Thanks, a bit naive of me to think that they would do this or at least ask me during the door consult, why would we only want certain door increased but not others on the same level. Especially since we upgraded the height throughout the house, not just the ground floor.

They did this to us first time too, our tender came back just standard CsDs then we specified the size. We had to ask for everything we wanted, nothing was upsold whatsoever throughout the whole process. Apart from at kitchen and tiles...lol

I'm with becks81. We increased all doors downstairs as we have 2.74m ceilings. However, I don't think they increased my stacker doors though. Can this be changed and will I incur a fee?

No not yet. We haven't received any plans yet at all. Our land just registered 2weeks ago so not quite there yet. But I'm pretty sure they didnt increase the stacker doors downstairs. Everything else is increased because I know we paid extra... I also have not seen the door schedule or anything like that..
