Is there a document that has more information about the easement. I am refering to the one attached and I read it on ppage 53, Under side setbacks bullet number 9 speaks about our kind of lot which says "In Small Lot Housing Areas, the zero setback may extend over 2 storeys. There is no limit on the length of single storey wall built to a zero lot boundary. This is correct, for that reason my builder told me upfront you wont comply with CDC,s o go with council as the DCP states this. So right now, my one side is 700mm away from boundary, both ground and first floor. But since its less that 900mm, its considered zero lot and i cant have windows or any opening on that side.
Do you mean 700 mm easement on onseside and up to the fence on other? Or 1.2 meters on one side and 700 meters on other?
