I am refering to the one attached and I read it on ppage 53, Under side setbacks bullet number 9 speaks about our kind of lot which says "In Small Lot Housing Areas, the zero setback may extend over 2 storeys. There is no limit on the length of single storey wall built to a zero lot boundary. I have been with them for a month now but the horror stories of 3 months or more, i would then embrace to pay monthly penalty to my builder to keep my price intact. So right now, my one side is 700mm away from boundary, both ground and first floor. But since its less that 900mm, its considered zero lot and i cant have windows or any opening on that side.
