Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building in Bridgeman Downs with AusBuild 18Jul 27, 2018 4:04 pm AlCaLuJo G'day BuLe, Just wondering how you're going along so far. I just noticed this thread, we are building in stage 1 of Harrington on lot 63 (Camden 38 slightly modified). Slab pour is due to start 5th July and all our final plans are signed off. Let us know depending how far you are if you have any questions and I'll see what I know. Cheers Hi AlCaLuJo I hope your build is going smoothly enough. We are shopping around for a landscaper, how happy were you with yours and if you don't mind could please share their contact details. You can message me directly via this site. Cheers Bule Re: Ellison 30s Bridgeman Downs with Ausbuild 19Jul 31, 2018 6:24 pm Donna79, We are not allowed to build any permanent structures on the non-development portion of our lot. A shed would apparently be okay however I will be chasing that up once build is complete. Valandra, From looking before we chose to build, homeone seemed like the only real place to talk to others building with most any builders. BuLe, Unfortunately for us, the slab was poured right when we planned to have a landscaper site visit. As it is now a building site we would have to organise a meeting with the building supervisor to do landscaping consult, so we made the decision to wait until later to start sorting out landscaping plans. As such I can't really speak for the quality of the landscaper, in any case we went with https://everscapes.com.au/ Hope this all helps Cheers Re: Ellison 30s Bridgeman Downs with Ausbuild 20Jul 31, 2018 11:00 pm AlCaLuJo Donna79, We are not allowed to build any permanent structures on the non-development portion of our lot.
