I have had a strip drain installed, and in some sections the tiling is slightly lower than the edge of the strip drain so the water does not fully drain from the shower floor, resulting in water pooling along the tiles on the edge of the drain and the grout going mouldy quickly and needing scrubbing constantly. Metricon have have provided me a letter stating they will not fix this: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ To me, a shower that cannot fully drain cannot possibly be "built to code". They had their inspector come out who said the fall is correct and in his opinion the drain is below the level of the tiles. Video of the problem is here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DMPZV0 ... sp=sharing Any suggestions on what my options are? Anyone suggest what I can do to fix this problem as Metricon SA have washed their hands of it and refusing to do anything. Their entire after sales service has been pretty disorganized and unresponsive.
