Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Floor tiling 5Jul 21, 2018 5:13 pm we had the same with our tiler, the only difference they were also the contractors to do the actual tiling so we just paid the extra all once. it was actually cheaper to upgrade to better tiles and floor to ceiling for 5 bathrooms via the tiler compared to the builder. Just a question there, did the builder mention any concerns with their structural warranty if the flooring was done later on after handover. I am looking for doing the same however one of the builders mentioned that it would impact their warranty.
