I'm thinking about up grading to the induction cook top and also the lcd rangehood. don't want to spend the money if they are not worth it! We figured that if they are cr@p we can replace them later on with my 'dream' appliances (will need to save for a while). Have to say though, so far so good. Even if they only last their warranty period, other appliances to buy right now, so we can save for a fancy oven You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14089 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
