Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 343Jul 03, 2018 9:45 am puppy33 Just spoke to Melbourne Water, they are still waiting for approval from the landowner to allow approx 20m of stormwater pipe to go through his property to a pit I didn't know there was a water issue! That's probably why there was a large water puddle the last time i was there. *sigh* Hope this doesnt take long. Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 344Jul 31, 2018 10:14 pm Hi Guys. Im in the building industry and have had a client from stage two get a call today to advise sunset clause is being exercised. Ive seen the new pricing on the blocks! Absolutely appauling on what they have done, clearly on purpose. Sorry for all that have been affected. If you haven’t already been contacted, you will be soon. Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 345Aug 15, 2018 10:06 am Hey everyone, i just wanted to say that im so sorry to hear about what is going on with stage 2. I spoke with the council and one of the senior subdivision engineers told me that: "Re the puddle, that is there due to un-even ground, so nothing major, Devs should fix that for better drainage. Unfortunately for the developer Stage 2 is not ready for Council to issue Statement of Compliance (i.e release the subdivision) as the developer still has servicing issues. The Stage 2 works have been finished for a while but no house construction has commenced due as the subdivision has not been released." I hope this helps you in a way in knowing what is going on. best of luck Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 350Sep 19, 2018 10:26 am mrpigeon Frenchie8 These are titling in a few weeks by the way guys Where did you get that info from Frenchie?
