Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Study in master bedroom 10Jun 28, 2018 8:50 pm gogo65 Can you put your plan up? Or the one that you like so far? That way we can give you some opinions... Yeah, sure can. Here's the Metricon Bordeaux first floor plan which shows the master study. Our ensuite will have a bath in addition to what you see, and somewhere in the space we will have a dressing area as shown in the Masterton Tempus Elite design (marked in red) and pictured. We are building a custom home, so I'm just taking some ideas off these plans. Our Architect is currently drawing up concept sketch so I will share that too once I receive it. Re: Study in master bedroom 13Jun 29, 2018 4:16 pm Ahh ok, I thought the area you circled was for the study area....if its part of the dressing area then it will work well. Our daughters just has drawers, with a mirror and she uses it to do her hair and makeup, if it was me (for our ensuite...) Iād recess it back another half a metre or so, so that it was a proper nook, and you could put a nice chair in there without it being an obstruction. We have a sliding door between the wardrobe/dressing area and her ensuite. Thank you so much. This has been very helpful. We definitely wish to settle and get these people out of our life.
