I do like the Gem basins, but my partner is leaning more towards the circular ones. At least we still have a while before we make these decisions. Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 424Jun 28, 2018 2:12 pm Thanks! 😄 I like the circle ones too. But unfortunately weren’t available when we did our contract. So gem basins it is then lol! They look elegant 💜👌🏻 Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 425Jun 28, 2018 2:13 pm CC7 mj-mac4 CC7 good to see they have already fixed up some of the things they forgot. not good about the gutters, i hope its still raining by the weekend so i can check outs, although im sort of over it haha oh did you change both bathroom tops back to Urban? I do like it. Whats your floor tile in there, is it still a charcoal, i can't tell if its lighter because of the light or not Hi CC7, I was quite impressed with how quick our SS actioned on the little things we emailed him about. The gutter man is coming back next week to fix it. It’s meant to have been capped at the end but he forgot. 🤦🏼♀️ But I’m glad we picked up on it quickly so there’s not too many suprises at PCI. We are having belga grey shine tiles for all our wet areas. We changed our tiles from what we were originally going to use. It’s luke a nice concrete looking grey. So it sohoukd almost match the urban. Oh yes I was going to keep the ensuite white shimmer but apparently could only be swapping both or just keeping the both in white shimmer. And our SS actually said we would probably regret not getting it changed as most ppl have there hearts stuck on what they chose. And I’m really glad I changed the now! I love the urban 💜💜 We were set to have belga grey (our main floor tiles) in the bathrooms right up until our tile appointment when we suddenly went darker during that visit (it was something we toyed with) but i'm having major regrets, wish i trusted my second thoughts a few months after our tile appointment. but it's done now, and im hoping somehow that having a mirror installed soon will change how it all looks HAHAHA, i do think the towels etc i got for that bathroom will tie it all in together, if not, i'll being going to the bathroom with my eyes half shut Belga grey looks REALLY good with urban, and the belga is the perfect contrast with the white walls without being to overpowering You will love the charcoal look. I was random and changed my mind at the last minute too. But I’m happy I did. Hubby didn’t even know that I changed the tiles lol whoops 😬 Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 431Jun 29, 2018 10:30 am Your house looks great. It's all coming together. I would have loved to keep the bigger linen cupboards, but with the rearrange of rooms, ours are halved. The once I did I was about underwhelmed. I like it but everything is looking so bland at the moment. I’m looking forward to seeing the render painted and outdoor feature lights installed. I just have to wait 2 more weeks 😬 Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 438Jul 05, 2018 5:22 am mj-mac4 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Garage door installed today. Once you've got the render, a driveway and landscaping it'll look like how you imagined. Pfft at the tiler, he doesn't have to live there so not sure why he'd voice an opinion if he didn't agree with your options. Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 440Jul 05, 2018 7:21 am Jealous of your garage door haha, im hoping mine is in this week. What colour is your render going to be again? Picture it painted, picture the rubbish removed, picture it with grass. I can see it and it looks super clean and gorgeous Man what was the tiler trying to tell you to do?
