I have no idea what happens next; he said reverse build so bricking and plastering at the same time. I guess electrical has to be roughed in? Lock up is usually pre-plaster, but wont be in this case. We had a reverse build which was harder to arrange these inspections We missed our pre-plaster inspection because they started 2 weeks before schedule and our inspector was fully booked @ that time. We weren’t too disappointed though because we managed to get the rest done with no issues. Luckily for us Metricon’s building inspector was very thorough as well.
