Our pouring of slab is scheduled on next Thursday and we are engaging a private home inspector as well. Thinking your experience might give us a hint of what to expect. Thanks! Thanks! based on our build so far, and how good our site manager and Group 4 reports have been, I wouldn't bother with an independent inspection for our build. My builder mate has agreed with the couple of things that have been picked up on, but said they weren't show stoppers either Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Framing 594Jun 22, 2018 9:00 am Drew01 Kimmykim Not far from next stage! This is our 1st time building a home as well. We reckon we should get a private home inspector to ease our mind. Work has started since Monday and how I wish I could be there to see the progress!
