The land we are looking is being sold as 100% flat, useable and ready to build on. Thanks so much! Hiya, we’re going through our contract on tuesday so don’t have too much knowledge on that but do you know if you have a BAL rating? Ours was low but still cost us an extra $10,000 which we hadn’t really accounted for. Just a heads up Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10976Jun 16, 2018 10:55 pm Hi everyone, we went to visit the house today and realised some of our light switches were at differing heights and down lights not lining up as per lighting plan. Has anyone had this issue?? See pics below. Thanks Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10980Jun 17, 2018 9:24 am I think there’s fine print on the Clipsal paperwork saying placement is only approximate. Did your Clipsal consultant make specific notes with arrows pointing to your tv points that were to be centred? In relation to the downlights that’s just poor building standards and any decent SS will pick that up and have it fixed. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
