We’ve been advised by our ss to put down a slab in the alfresco in order to keep water draining away from the deck and from the houses slab. Luckily the company doing our driveway has given us a really good price on this. So driveway and alfresco slab plus the termite barriers for these are booked in for Wednesday weather permitting 😔. We purchased these wooden blinds for our front window from Bunnings. We were going to do shutters but really liking the look of these. It feels big, we were a little worried about the size of the 3 bedrooms at the back but we’ve put a queen bed in one and there is still plenty of room on both sides. Panty, robes and linen cupboard are a great size The large windows in the bedrooms are great too, can lay in bed and have a great view out to some bushland. Everything is a great size. You’re going to absolutely love your home. Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 100Jun 07, 2018 9:06 pm bestspecials cigr Looks fabulous. Also saw one they had just complet d last week on our street too which was similar in colour to what we wanted. Very reasonably priced. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15033 Hi so sorry for the late reply.
