You'll have nice sunny living areas at the back of your home, & a sunny back yard. Block A, north-to-street is the worst orientation you can have. This is because a large double garage there will receive all the sun, while the inside of the house will be dark, & cold in winter. The backyard will also receive little sunshine in winter. Put whichever room you want to receive the most early morning sun in the NE corner, presumably the kitchen/dining.
