I am just curious on what to ask your builder to make sure you are not being feed with gimmicks (ie what is included with the build and what is extra)? I am nervous to sign anykind of paperwork as you just dont know what to look for in the clause. Salesman are very good at promoting confusing upgrades Once you sign over a deposit you lose/hand over all bargaining power to one builder I am happy to put up a sheet on google that will assist you with the process Cheers Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs So still no slab and apparently the concreter cancelled.
