We decided to go with sarking and our builder said the costing would be $2300. I hope they aren't taking us for a ride knowing we need to do it during construction... Does that price seem reasonable? We are building a single level home with an area of about 200m2. I checked a quote from Metricon for similar size - $2445. Sarking also comes in varying quality so check on that too.
