What factors can take the cost to $240k? We do not want to spend too much as we have already spent a lot on the property. I edited my post above. They are just some of the variables. Additionally you haven’t included location either. Re: PPOR Renovation 5May 16, 2018 7:47 am Block size is around 450 sq and I am not interested in adding another storey. I prefer customizing the existing plan. Property is based in Mitcham and not a heritage overlay. There are only 2 units on the block and this unit is on it's own title with it's own driveway. Finally we ended up with a 2 bed and1 bath, So we would like to know if it's possible to add an additional bed and bath to the existing house. It would be great if you can give us a rough estimate of the cost to do so. We are completely new to this and we even do not know where to start from. I would appreciate if you can guide us through. I have attached the floor plan of my property and please let me know if my question is too open and require more information.
