Has anyone had the requirement of having to obtain the above permit when there was nothing in the 149 certificate at the time of purchase. I had the town planners add a Aboriginal Due Diligence Assessment as a planning requirement after plans had been submitted when no previous discussions had been held about the possibility that part of my property may contain a perviously identified site. So I'm not impressed with the possibility of another 4-6 month delay and having to foot the bill for an excavation.... Looking to start the journey of becoming an owner builder in SA.
