The contract is not that detailed, it only says Slab, concrete slab, with steel reenfoecement. Does the engineer need to come to site to check when pouring the concrete? In this case, the PCA is also responsible? When I questioned PCA, he says that can be done on later date, is that right? Will we win the case if we go to fair trading? What can fair trading do in this case?
