I’m really stoked about the tiling as that was probably the most stressful part for me in terms of prestart. I think the green really gives the kitchen a little something extra 😂. My friends Mum thought the green was the actual colour of the bench not the protective film! Had a good laugh about that hahaha Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 274May 03, 2018 1:35 pm Have my PCI date. Inspection day is 31st of May Was hoping for end of May but didn't think we would actually achieve it! Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 275May 03, 2018 2:42 pm Summitlovin Have my PCI date. Yeah, will have dates tonight if all the final things happening but I think he said 28th the house will be done. 2 weeks ahead of what he said a few weeks ago which is great. I’m going to see if the SS will allow the crossover to be done during PCI period as it’s outside. Then it’s just lights to be done so I can move in. Also going to try organise as much as I can with summit/the bank in advance to try get a quick turnaround on payment Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 277May 05, 2018 2:42 pm SS has given the green light for the crossover to be done at PCI. I'm in the process of lining up a quote for security doors & a gate. CBA have sent notification that the house is nearly done & to allow 7 days for payment/their inspector to view the house before i get my keys. Door was open yesterday so mum and i got a sneak peek. Plumber may have to come back and review laundry plumbing as there was a puddle of water in the cupboard but i will look at that again during PCI. Paving, air con, insulation & painting on the agenda this week Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 278May 06, 2018 11:18 pm Yay, on the home strech now. I had a call from our banks valuer last week, think they got a bit ahead of themselves. Oh really, to book in your valuation? I am still waiting to hear back from the broker as to how i can fast track payment. I think if i recall correctly from another forum they had the bank do up a cheque and then the customer went to pick the cheque up. Will have to have a hunt through some forums to see if i can find the info. You shouldn't be too far off PCI?!
