They hit rock at 1.2mt towards the back and we were worried that they may hit it while doing the pool which appears to have been okay. Re: Stylemaster WRI 305 MOD - Karalee QLD (First Home) 24Apr 18, 2018 7:44 pm Slab is down & pool has been concreted. I've noticed that some of the downpipes don't appear to be in-line with the plans and the one under the hot water service isn't there... It did rain as well..... so.... i'm hoping no issues come from that. So exciting seeing it begin. That doesn't sound so good about the down pipes not being where the plans say they should and esp not good about the one where the hot water will go. Have you brought it up with your ss? Love the aerial shot you have there to btw Our stylemaster build - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=91226 Re: Stylemaster WRI 305 MOD - Karalee QLD (First Home) 27Apr 22, 2018 2:47 pm Spoke with our SS and he's advised that the plumber core drills out the HWS drainage.... As for the downpipes, if they need realigning, they'll be done, but currently within tolerance and will be reviewed and changed once brickwork is up. Two things that were a good outcome was, seems there is no base for the pool equipment.... he's going to follow it up. Also, he's on the case on getting the contractor to fix up the damage done to the other blocks when the cut and fill was done, so developer can rest a bit easier Frame gets delivered on Monday! The only issue, was the skylight was installed in the wrong spot and in-part, over a roof truss. They've said that they are going to come back and shift it over a little to correct. Apart from that, the only issue that is outstanding at the moment is a small tear in the thermofoil due to the toilet vent being put in. I'm confident that it'll get fixed though. Next stages is, gyprock starts tomorrow. There was a delay due to personal reasons with the brickie, but they'll start work this Friday/Monday. Great work with all the extra insulation we have done the same and it’s something we will never regret. You have a really interesting roof pitch too, it looks great. Hope the brickie and gyprockers are on site soon Hi all. Anyone know when the $11,000 limit was set in legislation for renovations in QLD? Ive been renovating for 5 years now and this was the limit back then.
