We had our tender originally drawn up in June last year and we only had our land register in February but our prices didn’t change so I’m not sure. I’ve had a quick look through our tender and I can’t see anything about it, there are some dates in there where documents need to be signed prior to etc but nothing further. If anything I would say it would be from when you pay your deposit but I could be wrong. I would just pop into a sales office and ask them. I paid initial deposit in Nov17 and land registration is getting delayed and they are telling that land will register in june 2018. My consultant initially said land needs to be registered in 200 days and now he is saying that construction should start in 200 days. How many days before 1)we can do our tender / color scheme/electrical? or is it has to be done after land registration. Do ask your consultant please regarding 200 days means what.
