Might give one a go as you suggest. Columns are concreted in to 600mm. Plan is also to screen off with horizontal timber battens so should help to brace and resist bending i think option 2 is much better with easy access to the garden without having to walk through the new sunroom which makes it a better room for guests and TV .a simple… 2 8317 Is there a building permit?
