I'm so happy to see 4 boxes of Dorado White Wall Faced toilets. yeeha they are going to replace incorrect toilet suites that already installed. Now I have keep my eyes really open to make sure correct brand kitchen appliances are delivered. Reject if wrong brands are delivered. I was going to use the spray as well but my SS said he will clear it before handover and true to his word he did Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1307Mar 24, 2018 7:42 pm k3nnis SteveMc Are you having another go tomorrow? Interested to see what state the site is in. I actually used to weed spray every month hahahah. I was going to use the spray as well but my SS said he will clear it before handover and true to his word he did Yes will have another go as plan provided my body is ok and not complaining with aches and pains. Too much weeds and grass which were about hip height... worry about rats and mice great place to hide for unwanted pest. I have sprayed not long ago. As well as I don't want weeds to set seeds so I sprayed with weed killer again this morning. Found many orion weeds at the back. There was a very nice pink crape myrtle right at the corner of the back boundary fence. I didn't plant it. as a matter of fact the back neighbour cut down their crape myrtle, the roots system of that tree are in my yard so a new shoot turns into a little tree. I do like it very much BUT it is in the wrong place right next to stormwater detention pit and 10 cm away from both side of fences. so I did cut it down but new shoots are coming out again and again. I think the only way to get rid of it is to chase down roots and completely pull it out. Do you think Burbank will clear it shazza? Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1309Mar 24, 2018 8:08 pm Previously I did questioned to site cleaning guys about that ...if they are going to do overall cleaning ( everywhere including weeds) the answer was NO. My SS knows that every now and then I go in to pick up builder debris from the back because he see a small piles of rubbish at the front .... one time he said "someone been cleaning at the back" I just pretend I didn't hear his comment. So yesterday he was giving me a hint about site cleaning this week. haha he will be more shock to see bigger pile of rubbish. Build Thread : viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81624 Regarding the weeds you need to request from SS. Depends on how nice they are. I requested it from my SS (Clarendon) and he was happy to clear it for me before handover. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1311Mar 25, 2018 7:14 am Kennis you were lucky to have a good SS and builder. I never asked specifically but we’ve already had the internal and external cleans, temp fence removed, site scraped. I think that’s going to be it. Better do something to stop these weeds going out of control Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1313Mar 25, 2018 9:15 am k3nnis Yeah I had my weed killer ready and my wife asked me to ask the SS! Our weeds aren’t too bad strangely enough I mean there are some but they are patchy and mainly growing in the shade. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1315Mar 25, 2018 9:23 am Also we have been given these toilets: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I can’t work out if these are the ones they changed to, we were told a while ago the ones in the infinity inclusions had been changed (supplier changes again) but thought they would be very similar. We were meant to have these so quite different to what we have been given: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1318Mar 25, 2018 12:14 pm trimum @shazaw do you have a timeframe for PCI yet? What is left to do for you I think there are somethings you have had done we are waiting for and others we have had that you are waiting to get done! I think SS is planing PCI before he go away for holiday around 14 April.... I doubt that everything will finish before he go. I have already email to him regarding to items must completed before PCI. I'm the only one to push PCI out....hahahah. Many H1 members are very excited to have PCI date and I've keeps saying I don't want PCI till everything complete. I went back to our contract and when we signed the new changes in December 2016 we had the Stylus Dorado wall facing in all bathrooms listed so that’s ok I won’t challenge it, they gave us what we signed for! We were also meant to get soft close seats in all and happy to say we have those so that’s a win they did another thing right. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37142 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19097 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13444 |
