We have signed all our variations (tile extras, colours), we have council building approval and just waiting on convenant approval. Money for the build is sorted, just waiting on start date. They previously estimated it should be around 13/4. They said it should take 2 weeks for covenant approval and then start another couple of weeks later. So, if they start on the date they said, 13 April, we will be happy. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
