On a tight budget so trying to avoid extra costs by going weatherboard, although there probably isn't alot of bricks required. Will have a bricklayer quote and see how I go. Thanks again. So won't need beam changes. I'm smart enough to back away from this fight, I have already had so many wins on this project, I better not push it!
