They've installed some hardiflex which i didn't expect to see just yet & started the fascias. Even mum agreed that it now is starting to feel as well as look more like a home. It’s always exciting to go out to the house and see more done than expected. I had a win today in regards to filing for the splashback behind the cook top. At prestart I elected to stick with the builders standard amount of tiling but after thinking on it some more I’ve decided I’d like the whole wall done. I was concerned I would be charged a variation but I guess as I’m not at tiling stage just yet they’re happy to not charge the fee. Just waiting to find out how much extra it would be to do it!
