I dont' usually use vinegar and ammonia together in the same bucket. If I've been doing a lot of deep frying, typically I will mop with ammonia & hot water first. Then rinse. Then use vinegar and hot water. Most times it's just vinegar and hot water. I don't really use any other cleaning products around the house besides vinegar & bicarb and diluted cloudy ammonia (mainly because I'm cheap and it works!)
