I can’t wait to see more progress in the coming months! Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 33Mar 21, 2018 10:43 am Have you guys keep tracking of the DA process for the subdivision? Last time we check that they have not got the approval yet. Can they start the construction with the council approval? Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 34Mar 21, 2018 10:56 am I just checked the DA and it looks like it has been approved on 8th Mar, nice progress.. Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 38Apr 23, 2018 11:42 am Hi All, I'm new to this forum and hope someone from this thread can shed some light. I'm planning to buy a lot from Stage 5 release (Reg- Sep-2019). The lot price is comparatively cheap (322Sqm - 399K). There are 22 lots and they are right in-front of the previous release. The question i have is, there are Two existing residential properties right in-front of these new lots so, are there any risks involved or should i be worried about anything before i buy a lot ? (Attached is the new lot plan.) Thanks In advance Dim Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: The Avenues Land Release at Austral NSW 2179 39Apr 23, 2018 7:57 pm Dim Hi All, I'm new to this forum and hope someone from this thread can shed some light.
