Has anyone had any issues with gaps under doors? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We’re a bit worried about this gap cause the door leads outside. Is there some standard or allowable tolerance about this ? Or will we need to go to Bunnings later and get a rubber strip to attach to the bottom of the door ? Metricon Liberty 45, Ryde NSW http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=82846 I'd say thats a temporary door for lockup, there is no way that they will have a gap that large under a door haha Re: Metricon Liberty 45 in Ryde NSW 532Mar 01, 2018 10:59 am Skcel Quirmeball1280 Hi all, as we are nearing practical completion, we noticed quite a bit of a gap (around 3cm) under our laundry door. In laundry, I have an aluminium and rubber strip on the floor which seals the opening when the door is closed. That way rain (or insects) can’t come in. Photo of my door below.
