I don't see many dark colours in your choices mostly mid depth, however I might bias as I'm not a fan of white grout or cabinetry. That really good, hopefully it gets fixed quickly, I think I’m just concerned about the dark cabinets with the grey tiles I also wanted the walls painted a light grey 😁 but will have to see how it turns out I’m probably just over thinking it. Re: HGWA Baldivis 24Feb 28, 2018 10:34 pm The cemento tiles look to be cement coloured and would look great with light grey walls, this will allow your kitchen bench/cabinetry to shine, excuse the pun. Thanks for that choosy, I just need to stop obsessing over it I thought it would’ve stopped after prestart 😫 Re: HGWA Baldivis 26Mar 01, 2018 11:15 pm I don’t think you stop second guessing yourself until it’s done . Have faith in your decisions I’m sure it’ll be great my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: HGWA Baldivis 27Mar 01, 2018 11:35 pm 😂 thanks Tinkster, fingers crossed! How’s your build going so far any news ? Re: HGWA Baldivis 28Mar 01, 2018 11:38 pm Final plans should be done tomorrow (only two weeks longer than they said they would be) and then they say 2 weeks in scheduling and then we should be a go. Fingers crossed I really just want to see some action !! my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: HGWA Baldivis 29Mar 02, 2018 8:34 am Fingers are crossed for you Tinkster, the waiting is the most annoying part 😂 HGWA Baldivis 30Mar 02, 2018 8:48 am Thanks, i just need something to happen. The waiting is driving me nuts my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: HGWA Baldivis 31Mar 03, 2018 4:37 pm We visited the block again last night, walking on the slab was kinda hard to imagine the rooms and sizes, felt a bit nervous about whether they’re big enough, but I’m sure it’ll change once the walls are up, getting more excited now and our little man actually enjoyed visiting the block this time 😂 thinks it’s an awesome giant sand pit, also noticed soakwells have been delivered 😁, Had a question for people though we have to do our box drain and PVC pipe for the retic ourselves, does anyone know if there’s a certain depth the pipe would need to be and how one would connect the box drain to the soakwells at the front feeling a bit overwhelmed with organising that 😅 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: HGWA Baldivis 32Mar 08, 2018 3:21 pm Are you asking about connecting a driveway drain to the storm water and a 90mm PVC pipe to run your retic pipes under the driveway ? Re: HGWA Baldivis 33Mar 08, 2018 3:33 pm Choosy Are you asking about connecting a driveway drain to the storm water and a 90mm PVC pipe to run your retic pipes under the driveway ? Hi choosy I was, but we’ve decided to just add it back into our contract with pavers, so I don’t need to panic about that anymore but thank you! Good outcome as your soakwells probably got done this week. Re: HGWA Baldivis 35Mar 12, 2018 9:41 pm Decided to have a drive down to our block tonight and was pleasantly surprised, on Saturday the slab was covered in sand piles and the soakwells had been installed, we have some frames a portaloo and a tin storage box 😁 hoping we’ll see more progress this week, the slab looked a lot better with the sand cleared Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: HGWA Baldivis 37Mar 12, 2018 11:18 pm Choosy Your bricks should be any day now. Fingers crossed seeing the frames made it feel even more real, hoping to see some action with the bricks by this weekend, would be happy to even just see them still in the packs in the slab 😁 Re: HGWA Baldivis 38Mar 13, 2018 8:04 pm Decided to have another gander today and was very happy to see our bricks have been delivered along with our door frames and front door frames and more Brickie supplies, does anyone else who’s built with home group have a rough idea of when their bricks commenced after the equipment was delivered 😄?
