We've had our PCI booked for next Thursday but unfortunately my inspector can't make it to site until the following week, so we are now delayed further by a week going to be April by the time we move in at this rate.... We've got home insurance ready to go, so it's purely just waiting on PCI now Find my build thread here: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=88694&f=31&p=1729530#p1729530 Re: First Timer (Built By Momu @ Calleya) 247Feb 24, 2018 4:08 pm Got our final invoice yesterday and funds are all good. A friend who is a supervisor for another builder is going to do a walk through with us tomorrow and we will compile all the info and send through to the supervisor. Not going to bother with the inspector as we feel the $500 can be better spent elsewhere. Aiming for keys on the 09/03, fingers crossed we can hit that target. Spoke with the supervisor today who said there should be no issues getting our keys next week. Have the week starting 12/03 booked off, so will be painting and flooring all week in an attempt to get everything done in 9 days Find my build thread here: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=88694&f=31&p=1729530#p1729530 Re: First Timer (Built By Momu @ Calleya) 254Feb 28, 2018 3:04 pm just_a_draftee PCI tomorrow morning, which is so exciting!
