I read all 15 pages of this thread last night as we are planning on knocking our house down and building the Daydream 30. From what I’ve read, I’m glad we aren’t building in a new development! Although I’m sure there will be plenty of headaches associated with demolishing our house and moving all of our crap out! Jane, have you been given a handover date yet? The house looks great! I will never buy off the plan land again. Never ever ever!!! I would also never ever build with coral again Where are you located? If it’s in nsw, I would 100% stay away from coral. Look for MrsJMs thread. Her horror story of a build will keep you awake for weeks. On the plus side, I 1000000% love the daydream plan. Now seeing it built there are a few things we would still change, but it’s near perfect floor plan. We are penciled in for PCI on the 28th March, handover should be 5-10 days later. However it will be Easter than comm games on the GC so we are assuming it will be a little bit longer than that. It looks to be about a 20 week build. We were told a 16 week build.
