( Correct name is Ficus Elastica ) Yes it only looks good while the tree is young. Ok as indoor plant, BUT do not plant it outside. ehhc stay away from it!! Do not plant it in your garden it will uproot your house foundation. That tree will grow extremely big. That kind of tree only belongs in deep forest or in very large botanical garden. Those people will regret later.
