We designed our own home and are having the Weeks Building Group build it. The main criteria for our design was efficient use of space and utilise the northern aspect as winter in the Adelaide Hills can get rather chilly... I wouldnt mind having a little bit of a play around with it. Re: New Build - Weeks Building Group - Balhannah SA 26Feb 12, 2018 9:37 am Hugebloke cant wait to see it when its all done as im sure you cant either was the stacker door much more to put in? its something i thought about prior to us getting that far into planning but didnt give it much thought as i figured it would be crazy expensive. They actually dont cost all that much to upgrade considering the difference. So Weeks allow for a standard Sliding Door (2400h by 1810w). The additional cost to updrade this to a 2400h by 3588w Stacker Door (Dowell's widest 3-panel door) was $1,652. Well worth it we thought so we put 2 in Re: New Build - Weeks Building Group - Balhannah SA 27Feb 12, 2018 9:41 am Hugebloke AdelaideHills Hi all, Thought i would use this forum to document and share our new build in the lovely suburb of Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills. They are 'Ocean Foam' - from cheapest category, couldn't justify spending more, but probably could now... Hopefully look ok once everything is cleaned up and decorated Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Found these chairs at a 2nd hand shop. Had been looking for these exact chairs pretty much for the last few months unsuccessfully. We had budgeted $150 per chair. Managed to score 6 for $280 - now that's a bargain! great condition too! Have you had any insurance or council issues with the easement on the property? Hi Monkey, thanks, the tiles don't looked as 'cracked' in person... No haven't had any issues regarding the Easement, we don't plan to build anything beyond the top of the slope down so the Easement shouldn't ever be a factor for us The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is. 1 8701 Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted. How long are variations taking with other companies at the moment?
