Was so happy to finally see something more tangible and to see how much backyard we would actually have: Very happy with how things are progressing. However was thinking we probably should have considered changing where the hot water cylinder is positioned as will be right near one of the bedroom windows. I would love to put a stand alone basic in my WC, fingers crossed. We really wanted to add the basin so that people didn’t have to go to the main bathroom just to wash their hands. The addition of the basin and plumbing didn’t cost much but we did need to make the area bigger to accomodate the basin. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ".
