We don’t want to have to do it later, so how do you deal with the heights? Are flooring places generally good with advising how far off the ground for the builder to follow? Is it worth doing?
We have chosen high quality solution dyed nylon, heavy duty pile for the top floor $7,000. Ground level is 14mm bamboo floating floor for $11,000. Plaza 44.
We are also doing post handover...I am still on market to look for correct carpet and laminate floors... We choose to do it outside just to have better quality of products with lesser cost.. Also PD said to us all laminate floors will have quads unless we are choosing Oak flooring (expensive ones)...i prefer joints without quads actually...
i am currently looking for a carpet which shows less or no-shading mark ..also a bit of soft twist pile... i am not sure if there is any such product. Every cut pile twist carpet i see leaves a shading mark which i personally dont like... Appreciate if anyone have any suggestions on the such carpets. Thanks.
