They are so wrong and arrogant about it. They need to provide proof of invoice. This is why they never amended it back when it all happened because they think people will forget about it and they score the money. Have they given you a reason as to why they don't owe it to you??? They claim it was an allowance and that we used 45m2 of the 55m2 so we aren’t owed anything but we would have paid a variation of the allowance went over 55m2. We have an email saying a slight credit or charge may happen if we don’t use the 55m2 or go over but now they won’t stand by that. We have encounted the same wording regarding so called 'allowances' and we are talking $$$'s ... temporary downpipes, road closures, electricity line shields (whatever they're called) all for which we were charged but they never did. Get Fair Trading involved since you have already approached Coral.
