Im a concreter and as horrible as it feels on the feet, it looks wonderful done right and sealed. It’s certainly not the look I have the issue with as it does look rather nice and is having a comeback at the moment. My house had it over the alfresco floor adjoining the pool so it was very badly positioned as the main purpose was to walk in bare feet to get in the pool. Good luck your selections viewtopic.php?t=89059 Re: House Colours Need opinions 12Jan 09, 2018 11:23 pm 4 colors will make it a bit busy. My suggestion will be to replace Night Sky with colorbond Monument. Night Sky sometime is a bit too harsh whereas Monument is very soothing, blends nicely and looks really good for garrage doors or front doors. I have picked colorbond Monument for garrage door, facia, gutter, window. I chose a dark grey brick. I picked Surfmist for rendering, which will break the dark tone and lift up the colors. For cladding initially I liked Wallaby from the net search but when I saw wallaby in person I found it a bit too brown. Since I was after a grey-black-white color sceme, I ended up with Gibraltar grey from Taubmans Paint to match the grey brick and keep only 3 colors- grey, black n white. I have attached 2 sample photos of Monument on garrage door and my neighbour's front door and 1 photo of my house color scheme.
