Have you had your handover pushed back because of issues? What sort of issues do you have are they just cosmetic or big issues. I assume if they are big issues it could get pushed back. We are wondering the same we have a independent building inspector coming with us it may cause us to find more issues although I prefer them to be fixed before we move in.
