Can I ask a stupid first time builder question:
At what stage did you do the insulation and did you need to get the SS/Corals permission to do it?
Cheers
Not a stupid question at all!!
Insulation needs to be done once the frames are on and the house has been "wrapped". Wrapping is that green layer you see around our house which is a moisture barrier between bricks and internal walls.
Provided you did your insulation correctly you could go on site and do it yourself without running it past your SS but be aware your contract states you are not supposed to be on site without permission from Coral etc. so it is better to run it past him .
HI Caydenn, Did you get permission from you SS to be onsite for the insulation installation, did you have to get public liability insurance too to do it?
