Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Vision One Homes or Home Group WA 4Dec 24, 2017 11:36 pm Hey! So far I don’t have anything bad to say about our builder HGWA. Check out my thread for our build journey so far. There are pros and cons with all I’m sure, but I firmly believe that people usually voice their opinions on things online when they have had a negative experience, and that they rarely share the good. Best of luck! Re: Vision One Homes or Home Group WA 5Dec 24, 2017 11:43 pm Thank you, I will be sure to check it out. Yes I agree usually people put negative reviews online, I found the reviews for these 2 companies quite good so I think we will end up going with one of them. Re: Vision One Homes or Home Group WA 6Dec 25, 2017 12:08 am jpmontoya stay away from both of them, search on facebook for a shon*y builders group you will get more details I just checked this facebook page and there are no negative reviews on vision one homes, did you see any negative reviews elsewhere because i could only find positive reviews? Re: Vision One Homes or Home Group WA 7Dec 25, 2017 1:52 pm Vision One is a subsidiary of Novus Homes, I think. Novus are very good, so I imagine Vision One would be too. There was a visionone build on here a few years ago where the owner documented it all in great detail. Might be worth digging up? Sorry to hear that, we have had a very smooth build so far and all the staff we have dealt with have been fantastic. What spec items are they refusing to provide?
