He has also started installing blinds, I was worried they would be too dark, but I really like them, still one to go above the bed. We had a drama with our HSTP system last night and the alarm started going. Got someone out today and the sensor float got stuck, they better not charge me a call out fee. House is slowly coming together. We picked up 2 loft beds for the kids. We have put rocks around the side of the house as the mud is everywhere, thanks to afternoon summer storms. Driveway should start next week sometime fingers crossed. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4357 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74717 |
