I've been following with great interest as I too am looking to build in Ballarat, although I'm tossing up between an estate or a bit further out on some acreage. Must have been awful to have the valuation come in so far below what you wanted but I actually like the Linfield more than the original design you had planned on. I hadn't really considered your builder until I read your thread as they don't have too much info on their websites about their inclusions etc and I like to get as much info as I can without bothering their staff - but reading about your experiences has certainly changed my mind. Would you be willing to tell me in a PM how much the base cost for the Linfield range was? Totally understand though if you would rather not Best of luck with it all! I can't wait to see pictures of the finished product Re: Our First Home - Ballarat - Build Contracts signed 170Dec 24, 2017 1:51 pm Evi Hey icat2000, I've been stalking your build for a couple of weeks now and have finally got around to actually posting about it! Best to check directly with the company as I don't want to give out out-dated information. They were fairly quick to respond when I first asked about pricing. Re: Our First Home - Ballarat 171Dec 24, 2017 1:55 pm Bank valuer went out and did the valuation on Friday but of course report won't be back until after the break. Not sure if we get the answer after Boxing Day or after the New Year break. Anyway, taking the positive view point I saw these two pendants that I believ would look fabulous over my kitchen island bench. Only doing two. What do you think?
