The first time was in early Oct... Out of doubt we checked with our SS to confirm what items need to be completed before we pay this. " 2 days later someone from Sydney's admin reply and stated they have made mistake and invoice was revoked. Just because we are withholding payment doesn't mean they work faster. Now for the third time today we have received this Fixing Stage invoice. We have now checked through with check list from http://anewhouse.com.au/2012/01/constru ... -4-fixing/ Some items are ahead and some items are not complete. But majorities have completed! We now come to decision that we should finally pay this Fixing Stage Invoice! $$$ flying away Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37750 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19486 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
