Will I have to do a full clean before I move in? viewtopic.php?t=88323&f=31&p=1771329#p1771329 you will end up doing a full wipe down and if it's like our house we are still cleaning paint and silicon etc off windows and tiles They 'clean' the house but yeah, like the others, there is still silicone and smeared 'goop' around tiles. The bathroom tiles seem to have water stains that I can't budge, paint spatters. Mind you we are going to get some paint to do touch ups. The PCI stuff that was supposed to have been addressed has really not been done. It's not too bad. We still have landscaping to do so there is a fair amount of sand/dirt/dust coming in too. Have you managed to get the silicone off your benchtops? I have what looks like silicone stains... it doesn't feel raised anymore, but the stone looks like it has an oil stain. Boo! [/quote]I haven't seen any, i have what looks like silicone on the crome shower screens. And my bathroom tiles still have paint, grout and silicon and I've messaged Beamonts and they still haven't replied Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10195Dec 17, 2017 12:21 pm Same here. Only noticed it last night doesn't feel raised and doesn't budge. We have it on tiles as well. Weird stuff. Hopefully it will wear off. Has anyone used a Steam Cleaner? Thinking of buying one. I ended up getting an upright one from Godfrey's. When I'm home I'll get the name of it and will let you know. I love it for going my floors. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14126 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4358 |
