Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 04, 2017 6:53 pm Hi, Are these things required to be complete for fixing stage for Master builder's contract, new construction? - The outdoor front porch isn't done (step up to front door is 1 metre from ground still) - The rear deck outside isn't done - The upstairs deck outside hasn't got decking boards on it yet (just concrete sheet and waterproofing so far) - The hydronic heating not installed - hot water instant gas boiler not installed Which if these are MANDATORY under master builder's fixing stage?
