That is a good price. Did they put a junction box on your house and you dig the pit for the power or did they dig that for you. That is a nice size shed where did you get it from if you don't mind me asking and did you install yourself and if so was it easy to put up. I have my woodworking equipment and tools that I want to be able to put somewhere and use again. I want to have a shed and also maybe a pool later on in the backyard. Trying to decide whether I would need water to the as well. Or whether I am just over thinking it. My yard is not that big up the back but is wider down the side. I have put a rough plan I did in smartdraw. Not sure on Shed size as yet as it is hard to get and idea of space in a plan format. Would be welcome to any ideas. I was going to have a door out to the side but decided against it so I can have more options for the side yard plus we will have 5 children (3 are my partners and 2 mine) and did not want so many doors to outside for them to run in and out of. Hubby made that from all the raw materials he purchased from I think it was a steel place in Penrith. I'm going to stay onesteel. He got our side carport materials from there too. Cost a total of $1500. It's not a pretty cut pack he did it all himself. The side awning would have cost us nearly 8 times that alone. Hope that helps Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 14376Dec 05, 2017 6:43 pm MGardz CathyP Thanks for the info. That is a good price. I am not that clever will probably get a shed kit and put it together myself. Just researching all the options now so I am prepared when the house is built. But good to know what to do with the power.
