Our SC said they would be starting the plaster soon. I haven’t heard anything about lock up yet. Although I probably won’t until I receive an invoice for it. I don't think they normally do any of the wiring, plumbing etc before they have the Hebel/bricks on and the place can be locked up, otherwise it's all exposed to the elements and more likely to be stolen as well presumably. So plaster comes after lock up is my understanding, and it's the same in the Darbecca inspection schedule.[/quote] Time will tell I guess, the bricks are almost finished. The wiring and plumbing has also been done and the insulation. They’ve really gotten a lot done in the past few weeks. There is an issue with our laundry sink as the drain is in the wrong place. I am not sure how they are going to rectify it. I’m waiting for a call from our SS. He has know about it for weeks but it still hasn’t been fixed. Great news on getting a lot of work done on the house in any case, have you got a rough idea of when it will all be finished? That looks like a long way to move the drain, good luck with it!
